Some new stores and restaurants are coming to the Legends at Sparks Marina. The latest plans include a 40,000 square-foot Burlington Coat Factory, slated to open in spring of 2018, a standalone “Chick-Fil-A” will open this fall, the Habit Burger Grill and Jersey Mike’s will open this year. Groundbreaking on the Hampton Inn and Residence Inn took place this month, with openings projected for spring 2018.
