Republican State Treasurer Dan Schwartz has launched an attack website hitting Adam Laxalt for being “for sale” because he’s quote- “taken hundreds of thousands of dollars from lobbyists, political insiders, and special interests.” The site specifically highlights the ethics controversy where the Attorney General was caught on tape pressuring Nevada’s top gaming regulator to intervene in a lawsuit on behalf of Laxalt’s biggest campaign donor, casino billionaire Sheldon Adelson. Schwartz’s campaign consultant told Fox News that Adam Laxalt is “being bought and sold by outsider money.”
