Nevada Assembly Speaker Jason Frierson and Senate Majority Leader Aaron Ford sent a letter to Sen. Dean Heller urging him to join the effort to bring back net neutrality rules. Ford and Frierson say allowing Internet Service Providers to take advantage of consumers and filter content while eliminating competitors’ access to the Internet, is as unwise as it is unpopular. They add, that’s why Governor Brian Sandoval and so many other Nevadan’s rose up in opposition.
