Reno Police Looking For Car in Connection With Shooting Death on Grove Street

Reno Police are looking for a 1995 white Honda Accord in connection with the shooting death of a man late Tuesday night, at an apartment complex at 175 East Grove. The car has California plates 7XJB326. Police believe the occupants are armed. They do not believe the shooting was gang-related. The victim’s name is being withheld until family is notified.

ORIGINAL STORY:
Reno Police are investigating an overnight shooting on Grove Street. The shooting was reported just before midnight at an apartment complex on East Grove Street near Wrondel Way. Police say when they arrived on scene they found a man suffering from a gunshot wound. He was taken to the hospital, where he died. Police say this is an isolated incident, and do not believe it is gang related.
