The Nevada Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal crash that happened Thursday afternoon at Highway 50 at Retail in Dayton.  The head-on crash involving two vehicles happened shortly after 1PM . One person was killed; another flown to the hospital in critical condition.  There is no word yet on the cause of the crash.
