The northbound U.S. 395 off ramp to Parr Boulevard will close overnight starting tonight (May 15) as N-DOT installs enhanced driver information systems. The U.S. 395 off ramp to Parr Boulevard will be closed overnight from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. May 16 as foundations are installed for poles to house flashing signs deterring potential wrong-way drivers from entering the freeway in the wrong direction. Traffic will be detoured to Golden Valley Road. The new wrong-way driver signs are part of enhanced driver information systems being installed to help keep drivers safer and more informed of road conditions on U.S. 395 from the spaghetti bowl north to the Nevada-California state line. Periodic future lane, ramp and roadway shoulder closures will take place on U.S. 395 from the spaghetti bowl north to the Nevada-California state line through early 2018 as the improvements are made.
