South Lake Tahoe Police are investigating a murder.  About 9:30PM Monday, police were called to the 3600 block of Spruce Avenue on reports of gunshots heard and a man down. They found 62-year-old Gregory Mitchoff of South Lake Tahoe with multiple gunshot wounds. Paramedics took him to a hospital, where he died from his injuries. The shooter drove off and is still being sought.
