Churchill Community Hospital Reopening It’s Emergency Department This Week

Fallon’s Banner Churchill Community Hospital is reopening its Emergency Department Thursday after months of renovations. Treating 20,000 patients per year, the department was too cramped for certain workspaces and required patients to sit in hallways. The first phase of the project features 16 patient rooms and 14-fully private exam rooms. The expansion and renovation project, which represents a $10 million investment into the hospital by the nonprofit Banner Health, broke ground in August 2017 and is expected to be fully completed by the end of the year.
