Nevada Execution Postponed, Drug Companies Want Out

Federal Judge Elizabeth Gonzalez has issued a temporary injunction against the NV Department of Corrections, barring them from using the sedative Midazolam in the execution of Scott Dozier which was planned for eight tonight (7/11). That decision is forcing the Department of Corrections to again postpone the execution that double killer Scott Dozier has requested. Three drug companies say they don’t want their products used in the execution.
