A woman who admitted she was drunk when she went across the centerline into an oncoming car on Highway 50 near Lake Tahoe, is facing up to 40 years in prison. 40 year old Kimberly Ann Davis of Carson City pleaded guilty to causing death and substantial bodily hard while DUI. A passenger in her car was killed in a head on collision with a minivan, in June 2017.
