After a brief meeting Thursday with President Trump’s nominee for the Supreme Court, Sen. Dean Heller announced support for Judge Brett Kavanaugh. Heller says he has “no reservations” in confidently supporting Kavanaugh’s confirmation. Democrats say Judge Kavanaugh’s record on reviving Yucca Mountain should have merited at least some questions.
