The Nevada Supreme Court will decide whether drug companies can continue to stop the execution of Scott Dozier, the two time killer who has requested an execution date, only to see his lethal injection postponed twice. Hearing in Las Vegas were canceled over drug company suits against the state to stop their drugs from being used for execution. Dozier says the cancellations of his execution after two dates were set is, “Torture.”
