The suspect in a Galena-area murder now faces charges for a shooting at The Loving Cup Bar on California Avenue. Reno Police say 22-year-old Jamil Geronimo is charged with seven counts of assault with a deadly weapon, and three counts of battery with a deadly weapon, plus illegally carrying a concealed weapon. He’s already in custody for the Galena murder. Two people were hit by gunfire in the bar shooting the morning of June 24th, and were treated and released at the scene. In Galena shooting, that same day, Geronimo and Tyler Hernandez are charged with open murder for killing 20-year-old Paul Dobbins.
