With schools back in session, the Reno Police Department is reminding those who commute on a bicycle to lock up your bike. Bicycle thieves will take advantage of unlocked bikes or those left in secluded areas. They also urge you to park in designated bike stands, make sure the area is well lit, and park in sight of property surveillance cameras.
