The state supreme court has reset the date for arguments in the postponed execution of Scott Dozier, the double killer who has asked for his execution to be completed. The high court will hold hearings September 21st in Carson City, a scheduled September 12 hearing in Las Vegas was canceled. Three pharmaceutical companies accuse the state of improperly obtaining their products for an unpermitted use. The state says the prison system obtained the drugs legally from a third party.
