A Las Vegas judge says she’ll need some time to decide whether three drugmakers can block the State of Nevada from using it’s drugs in an execution. The drug companies say the state went around normal procedures to obtain the drugs, for an unauthorized use. The state argues that the drug companies experienced sellers remorse after being publicly identified. A ruling is expected Friday, and the State Supreme court holds hearings starting Friday on whether to fast track Scott Dozier’s execution. Dozier has requested it.
