Reno Police have arrested a man accused of multiple assaults and attempted murder. Police say late September 5th, 51-year-old Victor Cobos picked up a woman in the downtown area. He drove to a secluded area, where he handcuffed her, beat her and sexually assaulted her for at least two hours. He then drove to a store, where the victim escaped by alerting an employee. Cobos then ran from the car. The next day, police say Cobos attacked two more women. Both fought back and got away. Detectives tracked Cobos to California, where he was arrested.
