South Lake Tahoe Man Under Arrest For Murder

A South Lake Tahoe man is under arrest for murder after the death of his live-in girlfriend. Police learned that 60-year-old Paul Allen Hollingsworth allegedly confessed to a family member about the death of the 70-year-old woman, whose name was being withheld. Police went to the home in the 3600 block of Aspen Avenue and found the woman unconscious and not breathing. She was taken to the hospital where she died Wednesday morning. Hollingsworth is cooperating with the investigation.
