He left his job as Reno City Manager under the cloud of sexual harassment allegations, now Andrew Clinger will serve as the Chief Financial Officer of the Nevada System of Higher Education. Clinger will start his new job December 26th. Separate investigations cleared him of violations of the city’s discrimination or harassment policies. He was accused by three women.
