The RGJ is reporting, a judge is ordering a Tahoe Animal Rights Activist to keep her distance from an employee of the Nevada Department of Wildlife. Judge Pierre Hascheff issued a protection order against Carolyn Stark of Incline Village, who was caught on camera harassing Wildlife Biologist Heather Reich, pursuing her on a highway in what the judge and witnesses considered a reckless manner, as she drove N-Dow’s Bear trap tow vehicle
