Krystal Whipple, the woman suspected of striking and killing a Las Vegas nail salon worker with her car, is under arrest in Glendale, Arizona. She ran over the manicurist, after saying she was going to get money from her car to pay the $35 bill, after her fraudulent credit card was declined. Instead she tried to drive away, and ran over the worker, 53 year old Annie Nguyen, killing her. She was driving a stolen car.
