Washoe Family Court Judge David Humke will resign, and is barred from judicial office. Humke had been suspended by the Nevada Commission on Judicial Discipline several times for various reasons, including mistakes, poor caseload management, failure to understand the law, improper judicial decorum, and other issues. Humke is a former Washoe County Commissioner.
