Senior Volunteers Calming Nerves After Two Small Town Murders

Volunteers with a group called “Caring Neighbors” is doing what it can to ease some of the fears of residents of Douglas County, Nevada, in the wake of two murders of women in their homes in the past week, with no identified suspect. The 57 senior volunteers are helping install locks and other safety devices, and driving through neighborhoods, checking on home security, and on others who live alone.
