A man is in custody after a SWAT standoff in the area of Kirman Avenue between Plumb and Casazza.  Reno Police say they were called to a report of a domestic disturbance about 6:50AM . They found a man and woman barricaded inside a home and got the woman out through the back of the home.  Police got the man out and arrested him about 11AM.
