A man who was killed while walking on I-580 on Saturday night has been identified by the Washoe County Regional Medical Examiner’s Office. 61-year-old Francisco Tolentino of Reno died after being being hit by a car while walking on the freeway near Mill Street. Investigators have been unable to locate the next of kin for Tolentino and are asking for the public’s assistance.
