Reno Police have arrested a man for attempted murder as part of a domestic dispute. 24-year-old Ivan Biondi is charged with attempted murder, domestic battery by strangulation and false imprisonment. Detectives are not revealing information about who the victim is or that person’s condition, but police say the apparent intent was to kill the victim. No location has been disclosed.
