A head crash involving two vehicles shut down lanes on eastbound I-80 last night near the 4th Street exit. The crash happened just after 11 p.m. when a car going the wrong way crashed into another car. Two people suffered serious injuries. A spokesperson for Nevada Highway Patrol says impairment is suspected.
