A marijuana cultivator will not lose his license after making a late tax payment. Apparently the problem was they didn’t get their cash transport arranged in time. Because of restrictions on pot businesses using banks, it’s a cash only business. Silver State Trading CEO John Sutton says this is a problem everyone in the business faces. Reportedly Sutton chose to pay his employees before making the local tax payment. The Sparks City Council unanimously rejected pulling his license.
