Reno Man Accused of Attacking His Daughter With a Baseball Bat

A Reno man is accused of attacking his daughter with a baseball bat. 57-year-old Robson Nelson is charged with Domestic Battery, Battery with a Deadly Weapon Causing Substantial Bodily Harm, Assault with a Deadly Weapon. Reno Police say the incident happened about 11PM Wednesday night, when Nelson broke into his grown daughter’s home on Robinhood Drive, while her boyfriend was there, and kicked the boyfriend out. The daughter was not home, but when she arrived, police say Nelson used a baseball bat against her and seriously hurt her, sending her to a hospital for treatment.
