Carson City School District says Carson High School has the most National Merit and Presidential Scholars committing to the University of Nevada, Reno. Fourteen CHS seniors pledged to continue their education with the university during the Nevada Scholars Signing Day. National Merit Scholar Megan Owens is among that group, she will study physics and is also getting a $16,000 scholarship.
