Some illegal dumpers will have a fine to pay, after being caught red handed by the Washoe County Sheriff’s in Sun Valley Thursday. A sergeant on patrol caught a pair of people illegally dumping yard waste in an open field off of Gepford Parkway. The dumpers were issued a $503 citation.
