Jobs in Nevada Were Down in June, But the Unemployment Rate Remains at 4%

Nevada’s unemployment rate stayed at 4% in June, and is down a half a point since last June. Employment in Nevada has grown by 45,500 over the last year, but was down 4,000 for the month of June, according to the state Department of Employment and Training. Governor Steve Siolak says while there was a slight drop in employment, the numbers are encouraging.
