Reno Man Faces 45 Years in Prison After Casino Burglary

A man accused of burglarizing and stealing from the Peppermill, who was caught on security cameras, has been convicted. 31 year old Nathaniel Smith of Reno was convicted of three counts of burglary and two counts of Grand Larceny. He allegedly stole more than $29,000 in electronics and power tools, and now faces 45 years in prison when he is sentenced. Smith was on probation at the time of the February crimes.
