[KOH} – New York Financier Jeffrey Epstein, in a Manhattan prison facing multiple sexual abuse claims, has committed suicide.  He had pled not guilty to the sex trafficking of dozens of underage girls.

Epstein was found hanging this morning around 7:30 a.m. EDT at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Manhattan.  Last month, a week after being denied bail, he was found unconscious in his cell with marks on his neck.  Officials were investigating that incident as a possible suicide attempt.
