Westbound East Sixth Street was closed last night from Spokane Street to Wells Avenue after a man was hit by a truck. The Reno Police Department said a truck was heading west on Sixth Street when it hit a man in the crosswalk at Sixth and Spokane just before 8pm. The man was taken to the hospital with injuries. His condition was not immediately known. Police say alcohol and drugs were not a factor.
