Reno-Tahoe International Airport will be conducting a routine safety and security drill today, beginning in the morning until approximately 2:00 p.m. The exercise will take place at various locations around the airport. Travelers may see additional security personnel throughout the day; however, no delays or interruptions are expected. The Federal Aviation and Administration mandated exercises are performed randomly each calendar year and align with the airports commitment to safety and security as a top priority. This event is NOT open to media or the public.
