Celebrate Pro Bono is on, with 110 free legal help sessions scheduled this month.  There are a number of topics you can get legal help with, including wills and estate planning, veterans issues, divorce, guardianship, foreclosure, child support, protective orders, and landlord/tenant issues. They’ll also have experts on hand that help with issues like collections and bankruptcy. Pro Bono sessions are made possible by Nevada financial institutions and their “Interest on Lawyer Trust Accounts” program that raises around $3.4 million dollars per year to help Nevada citizens living under 200% of the poverty rate with civil legal needs.
