Man Who Sold Ammo to Las Vegas Mass Killer Pleads Guilty

An Arizona man who sold ammunition to the gunman in the 2017 mass shooting in Las Vegas, pleaded guilty to federal charges. 57 year old Douglas Haig, admitted he manufactured ammunition without a license, according to the Nevada US Attorney’s Office. Authorities began investigating Haig after they found unfired .308-caliber rounds in gunman Stephen Paddock’s hotel room.The bullets in the cartridges were armor-piercing so called “Cop killers,” with an incendiary capsule in the nose. Paddock killed 59 people and wounded more than 400. Haig faces up to five years in prison and a $250,000 fine
