A suspect in a Reno kidnapping, robbery and extortion case Nov. 8 was arrested Thursday in Loveland, Colorado. The Loveland Police Department special weapons and tactics team arrested 31-year-old William Allen Peacock without incident. Reno police arrested 23-year-old Ciara Lynn Miller, and 43-year-old Saul Zelaznog on kidnapping, false imprisonment and robbery charges after a family reported a 23-year-old man missing and said there was suspicious activity on his bank account. The man was freed and directed police to the suspects in the area of Valley Road and East Fifth Street. Police also arrested 25-year-old Sierra Marie Pangborn on four counts of possession of a controlled substance for sale.
