The Reno Police Department says crews responded to the area of West 4th Street and Keystone Avenue on Thursday evening after a bicyclist was hit by a car. Officials said the bicyclist and car were headed westbound and the car may have rear ended the bike. They said the car fled the scene and a witness described it as a dark colored vehicle.
