A man who got into a scuffle with some teenagers in Huffaker Park in 2017, has been sentenced to up to six years in prison this week. 42 year old James Upton shot a teenager twice in the leg and was convicted of battery with a deadly weapon in October. Upton and a neighbor fought with the group. Upton was a Nevada Air Guard Captain who told police he feared for his life in the confrontation.
