A Washoe County man has been arrested on multiple charges related to sexual assault and lewdness with a child under 14. Detectives with the Washoe County Sheriff’s Office Crimes Against Children unit arrested 24-year-old Kyle Gephart January 15th. Gephart faces two charges of Sexual Assault Against a Child, one charge of Lewdness with a Child less than 14, one charge of Possession of Pornography of a Person under 16, and one charge of Using a Minor less than 14 to Produce Pornography. The charges all relate to the same victim. All the incidents happened in Washoe County last year.
