(RENO, Nev.) -- Reno Police say they've arrested a 20-year-old man in connection with the discovery of a marijuana growing operation on Tuesday.

The discovery was made after officers executed a search warrant at a property located on the 3600 block of Everett Street, according to the Reno Police.

Police seized 26 marijuana plants that had a total weight of 24.5 pounds, in addition to 2.7 pounds of marijuana, a quantity of psilocybin mushrooms and three firearms.

Thomas Maher was arrested and charged with trafficking of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance for sale and possession of a controlled substance.
