Scope
Part time position as a news announcer, studio operator and news producer for News Talk 780 KKOH
General Responsibilities
- Master Control operation of KKOH-AM and automated FM facilities
- Announcing news and traffic reports
- Gathering, writing and editing news content
- Participation in station promotional events and community service efforts
- Digital production of news audio, commercials and station imaging
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Prior broadcasting experience preferred
- Knowledge of all applicable FCC rules and regulations
- Interaction with listeners in a public setting
- Computer literacy in applicable programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving ability and prioritization skills
- Ability to multi-task and handle pressures and deadlines
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed
Education and Licensing Requirements
Must possess valid state drivers license and acceptable driving record
Physical Requirements
May occasionally require lifting up to 25 lbs.

Develop and maintain both new and existing radio station advertisers through prospecting and great client service.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
This position requires candidate demonstrate high performance standards in organization, follow through, commitment to customer service, including the ability to conduct sales (client) interviews along with gathering, interpreting and summarizing data. Ability to collect payments and resolve billing disputes or discrepancies. Must have an outgoing, positive attitude; be able to integrate as a team player and possess high levels of motivation. Excellent oral and written skills along with basic computer skills are required of the candidate.
Must have prior Broadcast, Print, or Internet sales experience.
Education and Licensing Requirements:
College degree preferred but not required.

Job Title: Full Time Digital Content Coordinator - Reno

General Responsibilities:
- Executing the editorial vision of the Station(s) and to lead editorial content and vision within for all contributors.
- Write demographically targeted, timely, and relevant content for the Station(s) target demographic.
- Oversee logistics of editorial contributions, scheduling of posts from an editorial calendar, and timeliness and relevance of contributors content.
- Build a station editorial calendar and strategy around major local station events and on-air promotions to maximize the traffic opportunity via editorial and surface internally to sales, and programming.
- Maintain a “nearly-live” turnaround time on content derived from on-air program.
- Input all digital sales orders for display and streaming.
- Support Sales staff with ideas and solutions for digital content to generate revenue.
- To raise awareness of the Station(s) website, content successes and failures internally.
- Generate quantifiable reports relating to website statistics for sales staff to utilize in the field.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Self-Motivated, self-starting, and organized is a must.
- HTML not required, but assists, as does Photoshop.
- Ability to work well in a dynamic team environment.

Cumulus Media Reno - Remote Tech
Salary: Negotiable
Start Date: Immediately
Responsibilities: Setup of on-site radio broadcasts and events, driving station vehicle, talking with the public.
Requirements: Works under the supervision each station's Promotions Director and the Promotions Manager. Manage all technical responsibilities and assist in all logistical responsibilities of remote broadcast set-up, testing and breakdown. A remote tech will work for all 4 Cumulus Media - Reno radio stations as directed by each station's Promotion Directors and or the Promotions.
Additional Information: No education requirements. Prior experience preferred but not required. Must hold a Valid drivers license and insurance with a clean driving record.
