Governor Brian Sandoval and a small group of governors are in the Middle East meeting with troops. Sandoval spokeswoman Mari St. Martin told the Las Vegas Sun that Sandoval is on a trip sponsored by the U.S. Department of Defense. She declined to say what countries Sandoval would be visiting or how long the trip would last, citing security reasons.
