A suspect has been arrested in a hit-and-run crash that killed a pedestrian earlier this month in midtown. 25-year-old Joseph Vilard was arrested yesterday afternoon following an investigation by the department’s Major Accident Investigation Team. The victim, 32-year-old Jason Leach, was killed January 3rd while crossing the intersection of Pueblo Street and Holcomb Avenue.
