The Reno Police Department arrested and charged a Damonte Ranch High School music instructor for sexual contact between a school employee and a 16 year old female student.  This investigation started June 15th. RPD’s Tim Broadway says they received a tip from Washoe County School Police that led investigators to 28 year old Lewis Steptoe, and more victims may be out there.  If you, or someone you know, has information, call RPD’s sex crime division at 657-4601.
