The Pioche Fire in Palomino Valley is fully contained, after burning 80 acres. The human-caused fire, apparently started accidentally by someone welding, broke out Sunday.
It was reported in the area of Ironwood and Wilcox Ranch roads around 10:25 a.m. The fire burned away from structures, though several were threatened over the course of the firefight in Palomino Valley. There were no evacuations.
