The Board of County Commissioners approved a 10 year lease between the State of Nevada and the Washoe County Human Services Agency to renovate nearly a dozen buildings at the Northern Nevada Adult Mental Health Services campus in Sparks. The purpose for the lease is to shelter and serve hundreds of the region’s homeless. The buildings will be leased to HSA to significantly expand county programs at the campus, located at 480 Galletti Way in Sparks.
