Second Suspect Arrested in Murder of Homeless Woman

Reno police have arrested the second suspect in connection with the stabbing death of a 30 year old homeless woman. Melinda Tucker was found last December 16th. At that time two people were identified as possible suspects and Anita Rohr was arrested on an open murder charge. 60 year old Gerardo Cortez was arrested for murder Wednesday.
